Application Process

Our admissions process is designed to acquaint the applicant and family to the school program and community. We welcome scheduled visits, observations and invite interested families to join our school for events and performances throughout the school year.

To apply for admission, please complete the following steps:

  • Complete application and submit with application fee.
  • Complete supporting documents (see application page for appropriate level).
  • Complete campus visits (both parent and applicant).

Timeline for Enrollment Process for New and Returning Students

Fall 2016

For families who have children transitioning to another program we invite you, if you have not already done so, to observe in the classrooms at the next level.  This is a wonderful opportunity to meet the teachers, tour the classrooms, ask questions, and learn about the curriculum at your child’s next program level.  Please contact Kyra at kyram@bfarm.org to schedule your observation.

An Admissions Open House will be held at 9:30am at Bay Farm on the dates listed below.  If you or someone you know would like to attend, we encourage you to spread the word and join us. Interested families will have the opportunity to tour the classrooms, learn about our curriculum, and discover what it means to give your child a Montessori education.

January 19, 2017 Admissions Open House

January 22, 2017 Financial-aid application due for new and returning students

January 29, 2017 Contracts for re-enrolling students will be mailed

February 28, 2017 Re-enrollment contracts and deposits are due back to the office for returning students

March 6, 2017 Admissions Open House
