Bay Farm Hires New Director of Marketing & Communications
After a thorough national search, Alyssa Good will be joining us as the new Director of Marketing and Communications. Alyssa comes to us from GrayMatter Marketing where she served as Senior Account Executive. Her agency experience over the last four years focused on building valuable relationships through creative marketing strategies and tactics. Having worked in marketing since graduating from Northeastern University in Boston with a degree in Business Administration & Marketing, Alyssa brings a wealth of knowledge to Bay Farm. From implementing regional marketing efforts to digital marketing, social media, campaign development, and event planning, she has worked with, experienced, and created marketing and communications materials for multiple types businesses and professional clients.
It was clear as soon as we met Alyssa that she exemplifies the spirit of Bay Farm. We are thrilled she is bringing her personal joy, purpose, and compassion to our school. A native to the South Shore, Alyssa shares a passion for education and the South Shore community. Alyssa grew up in Marshfield, attending Bay Farm’s Summer Program as a toddler. She chose to join the Bay Farm family because she was looking for an authentic environment in which to utilize her professional marketing and communications skillset as part of a close community. The mission and positivity of Bay Farm attracted her to the school, and she is excited to be able to help share all that Bay Farm has to offer. In her spare time, Alyssa enjoys spending time with friends and family and walking the beach with her husband, Steven and her dog, Douglas.
