Duxbury, MA…Bay Farm Montessori Academy students performed A Ghost Tale for Mr. Dickens Jr. this past Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, December 8-10, on Bay Farm’s campus.  The students, from kindergarten through eighth grade, gave wonderful performances from this Magic Tree House collection by Mary Osborn Pope.  The Magic Tree House whisks Jack and Annie to Victorian London where they meet Charles Dickens and learn the importance of charity and kindness through their friendship with him.

A Ghost Tale for Mr. Dickens Jr. is one of many enrichment programs at Bay Farm.  Under the direction of Karen Howland and Michelle Booth, the children learned dance and musical numbers, memorized lines, created costumes, learned about set design and lighting, and had a tremendous amount of fun while building self-confidence.
