Our admissions process is designed to help families find the best match for their child’s educational journey, ensuring that Bay Farm is a place where students can grow into confident, compassionate learners with “Bright Minds and Big Hearts.”

We invite families to experience firsthand how our Montessori approach fosters the development of academic excellence alongside social-emotional growth. Our nine-acre campus is home to a vibrant learning community where students engage in meaningful work in a calm, orderly, and inclusive environment. Step 1: Inquire & Schedule a Tour

The first step of the process is to complete our official inquiry form and schedule a tour.

During your tour of our campus, you’ll observe students actively engaged in a hands-on, dynamic Montessori environment. Our classrooms are designed to be engaging and serene, allowing students to focus on their work with purpose. This is an opportunity to see how our holistic curriculum integrates core academic subjects with Spanish, music, visual arts, and even agriculture, providing a well-rounded experience. Step 2: Apply

To apply for admission, please complete the following steps:

Complete the application and submit the application fee.
Complete supporting documents (see the application page for appropriate level)
Complete campus visits (both parent and applicant)

Step 3: Parent Student Visit

The final step is to arrange a time for your child to visit the classroom for a period of the day. This is a great way for your child to familiarize with their new environment and ensure that Bay Farm is a good match for your family. We will work with families case-by-case to determine the best way to connect. These visits will likely be scheduled in February 2025.

January 30: Re-Enrollment contracts are sent out to current families

February 7: Children’s House Applicant Visits
February 13: Re-Enrollment contracts are due back from current families
February 27: New enrollment offers are sent out to Toddler – PreK applicants
March 10: New enrollment offers are sent out to Kindergarten – Grade 6 applicants.
