Meet Our Team

Faculty & Staff

“

The staff is the best part about Bay Farm. Not just the teachers, every person there is friendly and genuine and really cares about the students.

“

The warmth, dedication, and genuine care that Bay Farm’s teachers and staff show toward children are, in my view, the school’s most valuable assets.

“

Every faculty member seems to know all the kids so well, and it makes my child feel so seen.

“

Bay Farm consistently hires incredible teachers and staff. They take time to connect and get to know every child, regardless of whether they are a direct teacher.
