Kelly Fletcher

Kelly brings over 20 years of accounting experience and a decade of nonprofit leadership experience to her role as Director of Finance and Operations.

Known for her strategic insight and collaborative approach, Kelly’s experience includes financial planning, human resources, facilities management, and operational infrastructure. She most recently served as Chief Administration Officer at Boston Scores, where her steady leadership and deep institutional knowledge helped to guide them through multiple phases of growth and capital initiatives.

Kelly is deeply committed to creating operational systems that empower people, maximize resources, and make mission-driven work more effective. She is excited to bring her skills closer to home and community here at Bay Farm where she looks forward to supporting a strong, student-centered learning environment by building resilient systems and ensuring resources are aligned with the school’s values and long-term vision.

Outside of work, Kelly loves tending to her garden, curating inviting spaces at home, and spending time with her beloved family and dogs.
